Niu Valley Paradise

Niu Valley Paradise

This home is truly its own little paradise. Sitting on an amazing piece of land near the water, it has a beautiful design with an excellent flow from the front doors to the back patio. The project designers combined several products along with hardwood lumber to create something that offered both modern and rustic elements.

Use of Hardwood

The use of this beautiful hardwood continues throughout the home as well as into the outdoor areas as a perfect accent to the property. Its color is a perfect juxtaposition against the lush, Hawaiian foliage around it.

Interior

Each bathroom had more solid surface material from Radianz for the vanities and dressing desks. 2 different styles of basins were integrated into the countertops, and more beautiful Sapele hardwood was installed throughout the home on the stairs and railings.

Ko'Olina Golf Pro Shop

Ko`olina Golf Pro Shop

The pro shop at the Ko'`olina Golf Course needed something that was durable and looked great. There is a lot of sunshine in this area, so the product selected for not only the pro shop but, the shops at Kapolei Commons had to be durable. Knowing the integrity of the product, we were able to supply their design firm with Resysta decking and cladding to accomplish the look that they needed.

Multiple Storefronts at Kapolei Commons

Kapolei is another location that needed high-performance materials to deal with the heat and high level of sun exposure while still maintaining a professional look. Dunkin' Donus, Sleep Number, and AutoZone all used Resysta supplied by Pacific American Lumber to encase their storefronts maintaining their brand and attracting customers.

First Hawaiian Bank Koko Marina

The First Hawaiian Bank in the Koko Marina Shopping Center has been there for years. When they remodeled, they needed a product for the building's facade that was elegant looking but, could also stand up to the elements. Neolith was chosen for its unmatched durability and resistance to scratches and staining. The result is this beautiful bank that matches their color palette and provides a maintenance-free experience.

The Lanai at Ala Moana Center

The "Lanai" at Ala Moana Shopping Center houses numerous eateries and seating areas. They needed a product that would offer a refined look like that of wood planks, while at the same time providing a tough product that would look great with little maintenance. More than one color of Resysta cladding was used here.
