Accoya Wood by Accsys

Accoya Wood by Accsys

Accoya lumber is a 100% non-toxic process used to turn ordinary plantation grown radiata pine into a product that termites cannot digest- seriously. In addition to termites not being able to eat away at this lumber, it will not rot or decay and comes with a 50-year above ground warranty. Because the process changes how the lumber absorbs moisture, it becomes extremely stable so any coatings (paint and stains) will last exponentially longer than on standard treated lumber. Did we mention that it’s 100% non-toxic process and termites can’t digest it? Because it’s 100% non-toxic and termites can’t digest it.

Did you know that Accoya is:
* able to be used as decking, siding, railing, trellis, and anything you’d want to build out of wood
* has a 100% non-toxic accetylation process that goes into every wood cell
* is perfect for windows and doors

The decking material is cut and milled with a combed face that is a perfect (meet in the middle/solution) for affordability and style.

Resysta Decking

Resysta Decking

is one of the great products carried by Pacific American Lumber. A product of All Green Building Products, Resysta is created using raw material from rice husks, common salt, and mineral oil. These products are available in large quantities, and they are then blended with synthtic plastic polymer and a very high temperature to produce the decking that we sell. It offers the same feeling as wood does, but it is 100% recyclable and does not contribute to deforestation of any kind.

Resysta does not crack, splinter, or rot and doesn't get affected by pest infestation or fungal decay. It is water resistant and can withstand all kinds of weather conditions to make its lifespan 10+ years. In addition to that, Resysta can be repaired similar to wood in the event that any damage occurs. It can also be sanded, stained, and sealed, just like wood. For a product that is indistinguishable from other hardwood decking products, this is the best place to put your money.
